Activity on the platform: bookings you post or apply to, messages, reviews, reports you file, and subscription or promotion purchases.

Basic technical information such as device and log data needed to keep the service running and secure.

2. Why we use it

To run your profile and let wrestlers and promotions find and contact each other, to operate bookings and reputation, to handle payments for optional paid features, to review reports and keep the community safe, and to send service messages about your account.

3. What other people can see

Your profile, reputation and any bookings you post are visible to other users, and public profile pages can be seen by anyone.

Your email address is not shown on your public profile. Reports you file are private and visible only to our moderation team.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that host the platform and process payments, and where the law requires it.

5. Keeping it safe

Access to data is restricted at the database level so that people can only read what they are entitled to see. Administrative access is limited and logged.

6. Your choices

You can edit or remove most profile information at any time, and you can ask us to close your account and delete your personal data. Some records, such as payment history and moderation decisions, may be kept where we are required to.
