1. Who can use RING SIGNAL

RING SIGNAL is a booking network for the independent professional wrestling industry. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information about yourself or the promotion you represent.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password private.

2. Bookings are between you and the other party

RING SIGNAL introduces wrestlers and promotions and provides the tools to arrange work. Any booking, fee, travel arrangement, insurance requirement or contract is an agreement between the wrestler and the promotion.

We are not a party to those agreements, do not employ talent, and do not guarantee that a booking will be offered, honoured or paid.

3. Paid features

Subscriptions, featured listings, spotlight placements and advertising are optional paid features. Paid promotion increases visibility only — it never guarantees bookings, applications or results.

Promoted content is clearly labelled and must follow the same conduct rules as everything else on the platform.

4. Conduct

Do not impersonate another person or promotion, post false credentials, harass anyone, or use the platform for anything unrelated to professional wrestling.

Reviews and reputation entries must describe your genuine first-hand experience of a completed booking.

5. Reports and enforcement

Anyone with an account can report a profile using the report option on a wrestler or promotion page. Reports go to our moderation team.

We may warn, suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, and may remove content without notice where there is a risk to safety.

6. Content you post

You keep ownership of your photos, footage and text. You give RING SIGNAL permission to display them on the platform so promoters and wrestlers can find you.

Only post material you have the right to share.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it running but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every profile is accurate.

To the extent the law allows, RING SIGNAL is not liable for losses arising from bookings, cancellations, injuries or dealings between users.

8. Closing your account

You can stop using RING SIGNAL at any time and ask us to close your account. Paid placements already running continue until their end date.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
